Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information submitted through the SilverEdge Capital website and how it is used. It is an operational disclosure and has not been represented as attorney-reviewed.
Information collected
The driver application asks for your name, phone number, email address, requested vehicle, primary driving platform, approximate completed trips or deliveries, preferred start date, and any notes you choose to provide.
How information is used
SilverEdge Capital uses application information to review rental interest, communicate with applicants, evaluate stated experience, coordinate screening, and determine whether to continue the application process. Submitting an application does not create a reservation or rental agreement.
Form processing
Applications are processed by Formspree and delivered to SilverEdge at silv3redgecapital@gmail.com. Formspree may process and store submitted information under its own privacy terms. Do not submit Social Security numbers, identification documents, payment-card details, insurance documents, or other highly sensitive records through this form.
Website analytics and cookies
SilverEdge has not enabled a dedicated visitor-analytics or advertising-tracking service on this website. The hosting provider and Formspree may still process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate their services under their own policies. This disclosure must be updated before SilverEdge adds analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tracking tools.
Screening information
The public application is only an initial inquiry. If SilverEdge proceeds with screening, any additional authorization, disclosure, document request, or third-party screening process must be presented separately before that information is collected.
Sharing and disclosure
SilverEdge may share application information with service providers used to operate the application process and, after a separate disclosure or authorization when required, with screening or verification providers. SilverEdge does not state that it sells applicant information. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or address fraud and misuse.
Retention and requests
SilverEdge has not adopted a final written application-retention schedule. Until that policy is established, applicants may request access, correction, or deletion by calling (385) 347-9052 or emailing silv3redgecapital@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate operational, contractual, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
Children
This website and rental application are intended for adults seeking vehicle rentals. SilverEdge does not knowingly solicit applications from children.
Security
Reasonable care is used when handling application information, but no website, email system, or third-party service can guarantee absolute security.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the application and rental processes change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
