These terms govern use of the SilverEdge Capital website. They are not a vehicle-rental agreement and have not been represented as attorney-reviewed.
Informational website
The website describes rental opportunities and accepts expressions of interest. Vehicle availability, applicant eligibility, insurance approval, platform eligibility, screening results, and final rental terms remain subject to verification.
No automatic approval or reservation
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, reserve a vehicle, establish a rental relationship, or authorize payment. A rental begins only after SilverEdge and the approved renter complete the required agreements and handoff process.
Pricing and vehicle information
SilverEdge aims to keep vehicle descriptions and published pricing accurate. Vehicle condition, features, availability, deposits, and final charges must be confirmed before an agreement is signed. Any signed rental agreement controls if it conflicts with general website content.
Separate rental agreement required
Rules concerning payment timing, late payments, deposits, damage, cleaning, charging or fuel, maintenance, authorized drivers, prohibited use, insurance, roadside events, accidents, cancellation, default, recovery of a vehicle, and return condition are not established by these website terms. Those subjects must be addressed in a separate signed rental agreement before a vehicle is released.
Applicant information
Applicants must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or submit information they are not authorized to provide. Do not send identification documents, financial-account information, or payment-card details through the public application.
Screening and verification
SilverEdge may request identity, license, driving-history, background, insurance, income, or driving-platform verification during a later stage. The public application itself is not consent to obtain a consumer report or access a third-party platform account. Any legally required disclosure and authorization must be handled separately.
Third-party platforms
SilverEdge is not affiliated with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Rivian, Tesla, Toyota, Pontiac, or any vehicle manufacturer. Each driving platform independently controls driver and vehicle eligibility. SilverEdge does not guarantee that a vehicle or applicant will remain eligible for any third-party platform.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use the form for spam or fraudulent activity.
